4 Benefits established in 2004 by Mark Onishi in beautiful Lexington, KY. It is a fully independent agency specializing in brokering health benefits. Previously, Mark had an award winning 7 year career as an Account Executive with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Since 1997 Mark has been providing Kentuckians with caring and informed service with respect to their health benefits needs.
Community
As a way of giving back through involvement in the community Mark has long-standing relationships with a broad range of organizations that included serving as: Chair of Bluegrass Crime Stoppers, Executive Board member of Partners for Youth, President of Gleneagles Homeowners Association, Citizen’s Police Academy #17, Citizen’s Fire Academy #1, Lexington Kiwanis Club as a life member and President, and Legislative Chair and Media Chair for the Central KY Association of Health Underwriters.
Background
Mark received a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from Mars Hill College in North Carolina. He went on to earn a Masters Degree in Health Administration from the University of Kentucky Martin School.
Throughout his career, Mark has offered his clients high quality, cost effective health insurance plans custom suited for their individual situations. He is known
for using a responsive, compassionate and common sense approach toward strategizing and advocating for his clients.

Recently Mark is closely following the evolution of the Affordable Care Act in Kentucky preparing strategies such as flexible funding arrangements and association options to
